At the May 2023 Board of Director's meeting, a late fee charge was propopsed and approved. As part of this policy, if an invoice becomes overdue and no prior arrangement has been made for payment, a late fee of $20 will be applied to each invoice. Effective on the 10th of each month , we will be implementing this new policy regarding late payments for invoices.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays in payment, and we encourage you to reach out to us if you anticipate any difficulties in meeting the payment deadline. We are more than willing to work with you to find suitable arrangements.

Is there a place to see any money we owe other than an email from you? Can we log into an account and look? I know we got out on a list as being members in bad standing due to an outstanding charge for a member dinner. We completely missed the email. I have heard similar stories from numerous other individuals & I have even had to talk a few off the ledge from quitting their membership because they took offense to being put on a list and they never even knew there was an issue.
It would be nice to log onto an account and see what is owed now that we have changed how we pay for stuff.
