We have two new roofs! But, unfortunately, the project is not done yet. The contractors removed the upstairs deck and found a lot of dry rot on the structural beams. That means those beams need to be removed and replaced. We had some contingency built into our project estimate; this change order will use most of it. This will also extend the project another week or two.
The roofers are on site from 7:30 am through 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Clubhouse is open, however, there will be noise and dust and some other inconveniences. There will also be periods when the front door will be inaccessible. Please use the side door and make sure it is closed behind you.
We appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary repairs.
