Thanks to the heroic efforts of Evan McDonald and Glen Garfein, we have completed our roofing project -- almost.
Last year, the second floor roof was replaced. This year, beginning in October, both first floor roofs were removed and replaced, the north balcony was repaired and the south balcony was replaced (due to extensive rot). You will likely still see roofers around our Clubhouse as they finish up a few details and remove their equipment. The good news is we made it through these early storms with no leaks!
