Put your chili to the test at BYC’s Great Chili Cook-Off, held after the Sunday Chowder Race.

📅 Sunday, February 8, 2026

🕒 1500–1530 – Chili warming & setup

🕞 1530–1600 – Judging (texture, flavor, consistency & spice blend)

🍽️ 1600–1800 – Eating (or until it runs out)

All chili styles welcome—vegetarian, bean-less, or a cherished family recipe.

Bring enough to share and be judged. Racers may drop off chili before the race; it will be heated and ready for judging.

Not entering?

Come cheer on the racers and contestants—you might even end up judging.

Salad and bread will be provided.
