Commodore's Ball and Change of Watch

It’s a pleasure and honor to invite you all to this year’s Commodores Ball gala and change of watch on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022. I planned something special since it is my last year as a member of the BYC Board.

We will have Fransico Galvez, the Argentinian grill maestro chef, and staff delighting us with his display of the famous Argentinian Asador techniques. Some of you will remember his amazing food from the past year’s Vice-commodore event.

Also, we will have Cuarteto Tangazo! an amazing tango quartet that includes some grammy nominated musicians playing for us during dinner and a professional tango dancing couple that will do a show and teaches all the adventurous couples how to make the first steps in Tango.

The menu will consist of traditional Argentinian BBQ appetizers and wine.

Colita de cuadril: Beef top sirloin cap ● Costillar a dos fuegos. Rib cage roasted in a “box.” ● Mollejas. Sweetbreads.

Sides and vegetarian options

Portobello Mushroom with homemade chimichurri sauce. ● Tradicional Rescoldo vegetables. Organic veggies grilled over charcoal: Sweet potato, potatoes, caramelized onions
