PICYA created Recreational Boaters of California (RBOC) in 1968 as a governmental advocacy organization representing California boaters. Please put Berkeley YC in additional info, or send your check made out to RBOC to the club with Berkeley YC in the memo line and it will be hand delivered to RBOC by one of the BYC Delegates at a Delegates Meeting. BYC receives Club of the Year (COTY) points for documenting these efforts of support.
